are you sure you burned the files as audio uncompressed .wav files onto the cd to make an audio cd? most car stereos do not recognize a cd full or .shn or .mp3 files ... though some stereos supposedly can handle a CD of mp3 data files ... what program did you use? process for burning ? etc? give more details and we'll try and figure it out ... i agreee: bogus!

Forum: etree Subject: Aloha Tyler, I am definately burning wav files.

they work on my Bose at home, boom box in office, laptop and cd/dvd combo at home. Just have problems with car stereos. They don't work on my buddies either. I am using MusicMatch to burn at 4x or 8x. I can hear the discs on my car, but it's like someone banging into the turntable (in the old days).
